What is the standard warranty?

We recommend a no quibble 1-year warranty period to the customer. We will offer our vendors 18-months warranty for stocking time. No worry about beyond that! Our LEDs are packed with a 30,000 Hour lifespan of effective light.

What happens if the product fails?

Retailer can send us an email and complete the warranty claim form. We will show this you in our training videos.

Are the LEDs outdoor rated?

The LEDs are for internal use only. You can add the aluminium profile for a level of moisture resistance.

How do I connect the LED Driver to the electrical outlet?

Our products are meant to be placed in hardware, electrical and general stores (with an electrical department), we want the customer to have the option of purchasing a direct plug from the store or choose to hardwire.

Does the customer need to purchase all the components?

The most essential components are the LED Tape Light and the LED Driver. All the other components are optional but make the installation a lot easier.

Am I under any special contract?

You are not under any special contract. We just ask that your sales team has passion about the product and we’ll do the rest with our social media campaigns.

What happens if I need support?

We will try our best to have an agent assigned per region. Our Sales and Support Team will be super responsive via WhatsApp in that region.

Do you have a distributor?

In order to keep our cost low we are a direct to business wholesaler to ensure price competitiveness.

Do you have any credit facilities?

Since our margins are low, we only offer direct payment via credit card. Credit card cycles can vary from 30-50 days depending on your bank. We will absorb the credit card and forex conversion fees (when applicable).

How long does it take to receive stock?

If an agent is in your region, stock availability is within 1 week (providing stock is available). If items are out of stock and needs production, the maximum restock time is 4-6 weeks delivered in your region. Our supply chain will ensure vendors orders are fulfilled as soon as possible.

If there is no agent in my region?

If there is no agent, we will ship directly to you. Our online pricing includes shipping costs so all you’re left with is your local taxes.

How do I become an agent?

Complete the application form and describe why you can be an agent for us.

Do the products have a barcode?

Yes all products have a barcode.
